PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut down initial cost for a gas turbine power plant, particularly, for a small-capacity micro gas turbine power plant, to reduce thermal NOx in combustion gas and improve energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The gas turbine power plant comprises a generator, a compressor, a gas turbine, a regenerator and a combustor, and the gas turbine and the generator and the compressor connected thereto are adapted to be rotationally driven using high-temperature combustion gas generated in the combustor as a driving source. A fuel gas C is supplied to a compressor suction part 15 on the upstream side of the compressor 14, the fuel gas C is mixed with an air B, and the mixed gas F is compressed by the compressor 14. After heated by the regenerator 4, the compressed mixed gas F1 is burnt in the mixed gas combustor 20.
