PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for air conditioner in which even a gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant having high dryness can be distributed uniformly to a plurality of paths. SOLUTION: Grooves 2 are arranged in the inner surface of the inflow tube 1 of a refrigerant distributor 6 in the circumferential direction and a refrigerant storage section 3 having a cross-section larger than that of other parts is formed at a part of the inflow tube 1 in the axial direction. Since liquid refrigerant 9a flowing on the tube wall flows through all groove parts 2 under its own surface tension higher than gravitation after temporarily standing in the refrigerant storage section 3, the refrigerant 9a can be distributed uniformly to outflow tubes 4a and 4b.
