PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a 6-substituted aminopurine derivative which has an effect on improving skin aging and preventing photo-aging of the skin by absorbing UV rays is provided which exhibits prevention of skin aging such as formation of skin wrinkles, and a skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: The titled cosmetic composition containing 0.01 to 10% by weight of a 6-substituted aminopurine derivative represented by the formula(1), based on the total weight of the composition. In formula, R1 is perfuryl, benzyl, 3,3-dimethylallyl; R2 is a 6-substituted aminopurine derivative or C1-20 saturated or unsaturated straight or branched alkyl; A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 are the same or different H, OH, alkyl, alkoxy; B1 and B2 are the same or different H, OH, alkyl or alkoxy.
