PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card recycling device recycling a disposable IC card, eliminating the feeling of dirtiness, and having high processing speed. SOLUTION: This IC card recycling device is provided with the IC card 2, a laminating device 5 for fully covering the IC card 2 with a laminate film 6, and a read/write device 15 for writing the predetermined data onto the IC card 2, and the laminating device 5 and the read/writing device 15 are integrated. The laminate film 6 is closely adhered to the IC card 2 by a heating method or a vacuum method. |
