PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the measurement region for shape measurement by a stereo image method. SOLUTION: Mobile imaging systems 101 and 102 are maintained movable by moving holding means 108a and 108b. To reduce nonmeasurable region by enlarging the imaging region of an object, the positions of the imaging systems are set. A main body 103 is provided with an image processing system 104, an electric system 105, and a calibration parameter memory means 106. The first mobile imaging system 101 is provided with a distance displacement detection means 201 and a posture displacement detection means 202, and the second mobile imaging system 102 is provided with a posture displacement detection means 203. Based on the distance displacement and the posture displacement, calibration parameters are corrected and based on the parameters, the distance of corresponding point of the object is calculated. |
