PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Z clip rotation preventive fixture which dispenses with fixing of a Z clip to an angle by welding, to thereby drastically improve the assembling efficiency of building materials, and to provide a fastening structure for the building materials by using the Z clip. SOLUTION: The rotation preventive fixture 60 has anΩshape as viewed from the side, and formed of a band-shaped fixture main portion 61 arranged along a front surface of a second plate portion 22 of the Z clip 20, engaging portions 62 extending from both longitudinal ends of the fixture main portion 61, and protruding portions 63 extending from the respective engaging portions 62. The fixture main portion 61 is superposed on the front surface of the second plate portion 22, and the engaging portions 62 each elastically abut on an intersecting salient corner portion between a side surface and a rear surface of the second plate portion 22. The Z clip 20 is not rotated about a bolt 30 since the rotation preventive fixture 60 abuts on a side portion of the angle.
