PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical treatment for realizing a micro-array and a device in which a probe with many items and high density are mounted, the coupling time of the probe with a specimen is shortened, any coupling other than the specific coupling is eliminated, the noise level is low, the background is low, and the detection of high sensibility is possible. SOLUTION: In the bio-micro-array for an electrochemical method, a substrate has a couple of electrodes having a structure with a bio-probe fixed to one electrode and an electrically treating means connected to the other electrode. |
