POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which operates singly without depending upon commercial power and besides constructs a highly reliable private power generation facility. SOLUTION: This system has a power generation facility 2 connected in parallel with a power supply path 10 to power load and a secondary battery facility 3 as components. In case that the quantity of power generated by a power generation facility falls short of the quantity of power consumed in load, the power accumulated in the secondary battery 4 constituting a secondary battery facility is supplied. In case that the quantity of power generated by the power generation facility is superfluous, the secondary battery is charged with it. The excess and shortage between the quantity of power consumed in the power load and the quantity of power generated by the power generation facility is detected by detecting the phase difference between the voltage phase and the current phase of the power supplied to power load.
