PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by ensuring the strength of the circumference part of a passing hole 6a in a part of a partition plate 29 without an extra cost. SOLUTION: A compression coil spring for pressing a support shaft 8b supporting a wedge roller 12 is provided only at the side of a connection plate 9a. A deep support hole 10a is provided only at the side of the connection plate 9a, and a shallow guide hole 42 is provided at the side of the partition plate 29. This avoids the adjacency of the deep support hole and the passing hole 6a in a part of the partition plate 29, and thus prevents the occurrence of a low strength part due to thinness in a part of the partition plate 29.
