PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure valve-opening distance in a wide temperature range regardless of material hardness with using a diaphragm valve made of material of low fuel component permeability. SOLUTION: A bellows part 32 extensible in a valve opening direction is formed on the diaphragm valve 3. Since the bellows part 32 easily extends and contracts, sufficiently large valve opening distance can be secured regardless of material of the diaphragm valve 3 and temperature even if the diaphragm valve 3 is made of material of low fuel component permeability.
