5-RIB PNEUMATIC RADIAL TIRE FOR HEAVY LOAD

PURPOSE: A 5-rib pneumatic radial tire for a heavy load is provided to improve the performance of dry traction and wet traction occurring in the contact of a tread to the ground and to prevent the insertion of foreign matters to a groove by optimizing the pattern of the tire tread. CONSTITUTION: A center rib(10) is radially formed in the center of the tire tread. A side rib(20) is radially formed outside a groove(21) formed at each side of the center rib. A shoulder rib(30) is radially formed outside a shoulder groove(31) formed outside the side rib. A center groove(11) is formed along the central radial direction of the center rib. Inside the side groove, a foreign matter blocking protrusion(22) is formed.
