摘要 PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to prevent a bending phenomenon of a substrate in a sealing process of the organic electro-luminescence device by forming a gas exhaust hole at one side of a packaging plate or the substrate. CONSTITUTION: An anode electrode(34) is formed on a substrate(32). The anode electrode(34) is used as a data electrode. An organic compound layer(48) is formed on the anode electrode(34). The organic compound layer(48) is formed by stacking sequentially a hole injection layer(36), a hole transfer layer(38), an emitting layer(40), an electron transfer layer(42), and an electron injection layer(44). A cathode electrode(46) is formed on the organic compound layer(48). The cathode electrode(46) is used as a scan electrode. A packaging plate(54) is used for preventing degradation of the emitting layer(40). A getter(57) is formed on a back face of the packaging plate(54). A semipermeable layer(51) is adhered on the back face of the packaging plate(54). A gas exhaust hole(60) is formed at one side of the packaging plate(54). The gas exhaust hole(60) is sealed with a sealing plate(61). The packaging plate(54) and the substrate(32) are sealed with a sealant(52). An ultraviolet epoxy is coated on the sealing plate(61) by using a dispensing method.
