PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A rubber roller without any seaming line on the outline of the axis and with a glossy surface is provided by the manufacturing method of providing symmetric semi-tubular cavity between upper and lower dies, forming a semi-circular receiving hole in both ends, providing a pouring guide on the side of the semi-tubular cavity of the upper die, penetrating a seamless pipe through the axis, placing the seamless pipe in the upper and lower dies, and pouring a rubber from the pouring guide between the axis and the seamless pipe to form the rubber roller around the axis. |
