PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for processing advertisement publication capable of performing an application procedure of information publication through the Internet in a system for publishing the advertisement information on a receipt or the like issued from a POS terminal device. SOLUTION: The network system includes an accepting and distributing server system for accepting an application for the advertisement information through the Internet from a client PC, calculating a rate on the basis of information relating to the application for the advertisement, and distributing the advertisement information when payment is confirmed, and a center computer for managing the number of specified outputs in advertisement related information. A store POS system receiving the advertisement information prints the advertisement information together with account information of a purchased commodity on the receipt issued at a time of settlement process of the customer. The center computer instruct the store POS system to cancel printing when the number of print outputs reaches a predetermined number.
