<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasifying system capable of effectively utilizing combustible gas from a gasifying furnace and suppressing the increase of discharge of NOx . SOLUTION: In a melting furnace 3, combustible gas is burnt in reduction atmosphere, and since surplus combustible gas at the melting furnace 3 is burnt at a product gas combustion furnace 5, combustible gas is efficiently and effectively utilized. Further, since the combustible gas is previously cooled, dust- collected and cleaned in combustible gas treating equipment 2, corrosion of apparatuses in the production gas combustion furnace 5 to burn the combustible gas is suppressed, constitution is simplified, and a life is increased. Further, since in a secondary combustion chamber 6, secondary combustion of exhaust gas from the melting furnace 3 is effected as exhaust gas from the product gas combustion furnace 5 is added, the increase of a secondary combustion temperature is suppressed, and production of NOx is suppressed. Further, since a denitration agent is fed in the secondary combustion chamber 6 and the product gas combustion furnace 5, reduction-denitration of NOx is effected, NOx concentration is further efficiently reduced.</p> |
