PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal by which communication with the node of a communication opposite party can be continued even when the terminal moved during communicating with the communication opposite party. SOLUTION: An extension packet including an address range and a non- operation instruction is transmitted from a mobile terminal 3. A router 1 receiving the extension packet of the non-operation instruction through the intranet of the terminal 3 transfers the packet by normal routing processing. A server 7 transmits a response packet by the extension packet including the transmission source address of the packet as a destination address and also including the address range and an operation instruction. The router 1 receiving the extension packet of the operation instruction by the intranet of the terminal 3 transfers tha packet through one or a plurality of network interfaces corresponding to the address range to be designated by an address range included in the packet. The terminal 3 processes the pad when the destination address of the received expansion packet is related with its own terminal.
