<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a bad influence to the outside and the inside of a detector due to leakage light, by setting an inspection output optimum for a high-output LD to be applied. SOLUTION: A leakage-light detection level is set, so as to match with the output characteristic of each high-output LD 204, respective threshold values are stored in advance, and the leakage light at a low output (100 mW or less) can be discriminated. As a result, even if a leakage light is generated, the leakage light can be discriminated before high-output light is leaked, and the bad influence to the inside and the outside of the detector can be prevented.</p> |
