<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely carry out updating of a supervisory program and a control program without lowering the rate of operation of a plant by performing the operation check of a program to be updated while continuing the operation of the plant as a supervisory control object. SOLUTION: While a central supervisory control device 2, a real controller part 7 of a control device 5 and a virtual process draw-up device 4 are linked with each other, the operation of the respective devices constituting a plant is supervised and controlled. When a test object program is installed and a test designation is input, while the central supervisory control device 2, a virtual controller part 8 of the control device 5 and the virtual process draw-up device 4 are linked with each other, the test object program is used to virtually supervise and control the plant.</p> |
