<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control boiling by automatically regulating the quantity of water to be boiled according to the consumption of hot water. SOLUTION: A boiling quantity learning means 24 determines whether the previous boiling water quantity is excessive or deficient on the basis of information from a remaining hot water quantity detecting means 11. If the previous boiling water quantity is judged to be deficient, the quantity of water to be boiled is increased, and when the previous boiling water quantity is judged to be excessive, the quantity of water to be boiled is decreased. Therefore, without the necessity of storing durations of boiling time for the past several days, the quantity of the water to be boiled can be automatically set in correspondence with the consumption of the hot water by a simple processing without employing a complicated processing of calculating the quantity of water to be boiled on the basis of the durations of boiling time and a revised temperature to which the water is to be boiled.</p> |
