PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a cutoff rubber sheet is difficult to perform execution because the inter-lane section of an expansion joint is in the state that the expansion joint is a hindrance to keep a hand off with nothing viewed owing to the presence of the expansion joint. SOLUTION: In the cutoff rubber sheet installed in a rail joint gap in the lower section of the expansion joint made of steel mounted between opposed floor-slab end sections, collar-shaped sections are formed at the connecting end sections of the rubber sheet, the collar-shaped sections are faced mutually and the rubber sheets are positioned by the magnetic force of magnets when the magnets are buried to the collar-shaped sections while a plurality of the rubber sheets are connected in the rail joint gap, and the rubber sheets are bonded with an adhesive. |
