PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one with a structure with small stray capacitance suitable for high-frequency pulse drive in driving a backboard of a plasma display panel, to provide a structure with as shortened length as possible of wiring connecting a panel and a drive circuit, and, further, to provide a method of forming a backboard of high-performance structure at low cost by forming parts at the same time which can be of same composition as a partition wall, an electrode, and an electrode terminal part. SOLUTION: The backboard of the plasma display panel fitted with a loading section for loading at least a part of driving circuit section inside the back panel is provided.
