PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board made from a polyester fiber, having optional thickness and stiffness within desired ranges, surface smoothness, parallelism and high applicability by using a non-woven fabric constituted by using the polyester fiber which may be able to be produced by a regenerated fiber from waste PET bottles, as a raw material. SOLUTION: This board made from the polyester fiber having stiffness as a whole, surface smoothness and parallelism is obtained by hot press-forming the non-woven fabric made from the polyester, which is a porous material, and then cold press-forming for hardening the both surface layers. The method for producing the board made from the polyester fiber is provided by hot press- forming the non-woven fabric made from the polyester which is a porous material, and then cold press-forming for hardening the both surface layers to finish up the board having stiffness as a whole, surface smoothness and parallelism.
