PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile communication terminal surely transmits its own position data to a requester in response to a position retrieval request from other station as required while keeping the compatibility between the urgency and the security. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal MS and other users 101, 102 form a communication network with a position retrieval server PSV. When the users 101, 102 transmit a position retrieval request of the terminal MS via the server PSV, the terminal MS determines the urgency of the retrieval request by referencing a telephone directory MS set in advance and transmits its own position data to a requester automatically with respect to a request with high emergency such as pursuit of a stolen vehicle and automatically or after obtaining permission of a terminal user as required with respect to a request with low emergency and high priority.
