PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printing quality of a printer by adjusting an operation temperature of a fuser. SOLUTION: The printer (10) has the fuser (46) controlled by sensing a temperature difference between at least two zones (Ia and II) within the printer, detects a prescribed temperature difference and sends an electric signal to the fuser (46) in order to change the operation temperature of the fuser (46) based upon the detected temperature difference.
