PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account information transmitting and receiving system capable of properly informing a trouble relating to the account, and to provide a program and a recording medium to realize the system, with respect to the system capable of providing the account information through a radiophone. SOLUTION: A portable telephone wherein a telephone number and an account number are linked is issued to a user (S100-S130), the account information is transmitted (S150), when the display of a bankbook image plane is required (S140: YES), the impossibility of charge-back is transmitted to a portable male in S170, when the charge-back is impossible because of insufficient funds (S160: YES), and the processing is returned to a loop processing of S140 and S160. In S170, only the simple character male such as 'the charge-back is impossible because of insufficient funds', may be transmitted, or the details may be displayed for every item or every account. |
