PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system usable for processing data for various purposes by storing and accumulating data including inspection data of dwelling houses. SOLUTION: This is a server system to which customer terminals are connected. The system is composed of a product and service data base, an inspection item data base, a construction achievement data base, a customer data base, a server, and a manager terminal. By accessing from the customer terminal to make customer registration, data stored in the product and service data base and the construction achievement data base can be browsed. In the case data of a request for an estimate, a temporary contract, a contract, an order, etc., are transmitted, data related to a transaction, a situation of progress, and other items concerning a construction property subject to the request for the estimate, temporary contract, contract, order, etc., by the customer, and its data of inspection results related to geology, construction of foundation, material, facilities, finishing construction, and other inspection items are stored and accumulated to be used for data browsing, searching, display of ranking, etc. |
