<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiography, and more specifically, an image pickup method for inspecting the inside of an object in a non-destructive manner. SOLUTION: The amplitude and the phase of X-rays are changed when the X-rays are transmitted through a sample. A soft tissue or the like of an organism which cannot be observed by the change in the amplitude can be observed by utilizing the phase change without administrating any contrast medium. A phase image of excellent phase determination accuracy is acquired without using a phase shifter by a phase difference contrast type imaging device utilizing the phase change. More specifically, by relatively rotating an element for splitting the incoming X-rays and an element for coupling the split X-rays, stripes of narrow intervals are generated in an interference image. The phase distribution image is calculated from the fluctuation in the position of the stripes generated by installing the object. The phase image of excellent phase determination accuracy is acquired without using any phase shifter by solving problems that the intensity by absorption is reduced, and the visibility is degraded by installing the phase shifter.</p> |
