PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a reader of the progressing situation of the evaluation and edition processing of a file without opening an evaluation file. SOLUTION: The evaluation and edition range of each person in charge who performs document preparation and the evaluation and edition of the prepared document of an evaluation file are classified by position levels, and icons different for each of the position levels are set by an input device 3 so that a pair of the icon set in the position level and the evaluation file name are displayed at a display device 5 when the evaluation file is in the middle of the document preparation. Thus, it is possible for a reader to easily know how far the evaluation file is evaluated and edited, and how far the processing situation is advanced only by viewing the shape of the icon without opening the evaluation file stored in a storage device 7.
