PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lost cost pure steam generating device capable of generating given temperature pure water together with pure steam. SOLUTION: A heat exchange tank 14 is connected to the inlet side of a steam generating tank 8 through a feed passage 31. A steam coil pipe 3 is incorporated in the inlet side of a steam generating tank 8 and similarly a steam coil pipe 18 is incorporated in the heat exchange tank 14. Steam traps 7 and 20 are mounted on the secondary sides of the steam coil pipes 3 and 18, respectively. A pure water feed pipe 10 is communicated with the heat exchange tank 14 through a valve 15. The pure water fed to the heat exchanger tank 14 through the pure water feed pipe 10 receives heat from the steam coil pipe 18 and turns into a given temperature pure water and is fed to a given spot through a delivery pipe 23. A part of the given temperature pure water is fed in the steam generating tank 8 from the feed passage 31, and receives heat from the steam coil pipe 3, and turns into a given pressure or temperature pure steam, which is fed to the given spot.
