PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined insulating tube which has a structure of preventing penetration of water and leakage of gas at the jointing part of the FRP tube and the flange and the surrounding area, and which prevents penetration of water from outside of the insulating tube and gas leakage from inside of the insulating tube by controlling water permeability on the surface of the FRP tube and, thereby, has excellent long term reliability. SOLUTION: The combined insulating tube is formed by a tubular body 2, an outer case 3 that covers at least a part of the outer circumference of the tubular body, an insertion part 5 formed at the both ends of the tubular body, and a flange 4 adhered to the portion of this insertion part 5 in a state of engagement. In the flange 4, an engagement part 7 to which the insertion part is inserted and a stopper part 8 of ring-shape which is positioned at the bottom of the engagement part and with which the top end 6 of the insertion part contacts, are provided. The insertion part 5 formed on the tubular body 2 has smooth surface on the outer circumference and a chamfered part is formed at the corner portion surrounding the top end of the insertion part 5 formed on the tubular body 2.
