PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Peltier element type spot cooler which suppresses the waste of power being caused by cooling condensed water, and besides elevates the efficiency in a case that the humidity of air is high. SOLUTION: A first and a second Peltier elements 20 and 30 are provided in series in one direction, and the first and the second Peltier elements 20 and 30 are driven by different power voltages by a first driver 23 and a second driver 33.
