The invention relates to a multilayer-structured panel for buildings, comprising a thermal insulating core, made up of a material known per se, said core being plated on both faces with a protective layer covered with a surface layer, the thermal insulating core having a thickness of 80...90 % of the total thickness of the panel, it is mede up of a thermal insulating materials having the thermal conductivity less than or at least equal to 0.15 w/m degree C, an apparent specific density lower or at least equal to 500 kg/m3, each of the protective layers having a thickness of 4 ... 8 % from the total thickness of the panel and being made of concrete comprising : 25 % cement, 50% fine sand having a granulosity lower than 0.5 mm, 18 % water, 6% polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 1% calcium chloride, a resistance to stretching at bending of at least 20 daN/cm2, while the surface layers each having a thickness of 1 ...2 % of the total panel having a thickness, having a stretching resistance of at least 100 daN/ cm2 are constituted of a fabric or felted material, made of glass fibres impregnated with a mixture having the composition of : 45 % cement, 40 % water, 12 % acetate polyvinyl emulsion, 2 % calcium chloride, 1% colouring agent.
