PURPOSE: A brown gas is burned to heat a heat radiating portion more than 1,000 degrees centigrade, and to heat an outer wall by the heat radiating portion. CONSTITUTION: An energy generating device is composed of a heat radiating portion. An outer wall(30) is formed with a steam discharge hole in upper part surrounding the heat radiating portion. A brown gas generator(40) is installed to generate brown gas. A shutting valve is installed between supply pipes to shut brown gas. A combustion burner(70) burns brown gas supplied through the shutting valve and the supply pipes to heat the heat radiating portion.
