PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating system capable of stopping the operation of a fuel cell without purging a line with inert gas such as nitrogen when the operation of the fuel cell is stopped. SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generating system is operated in such a way that when the operation of the fuel cell is stopped, taking out of electricity from the fuel cell is stopped, the fuel cell is cut off from the outside line, the reform of hydrocarbon fuel gas is stopped, water vapor is circulated in the a gas passage line of each apparatus through a bypass circuit installed in the fuel cell, and after the temperature of each apparatus is lowered, air is circulated to each apparatus to remove the water vapor in the gas passage line. |
