PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device capable of obtaining a high- definition image with less ghost by attaining stable toner recycling at any time, as for the electrophotographic device introducing a direct injection electrifying system and having a toner recycling constitution. SOLUTION: As to the electrophotographic device provided with an electrifying means, where the surface of the photoreceptor is electrified by a contact type electrifying means for directly injecting a charge from the contact type electrifying member to the photoreceptor, the contact type electrifying member is constituted of electrifying particles and an electrifying particle carrier, and the electrifying means functions also as a means for carrying the residual toner remaining on the surface of the photoreceptor after a transfer process, normalizing the charge of the residual toner and returning the residual toner with the normalized charge to the surface of the photoreceptor, and a developing means functions also as a means for recovering the residual toner with the normalized charge returned to the surface of the photoreceptor, and the electrophotographic device is constituted so as to recycle the toner, the absolute value of an electrification potential difference between the first and second rounds of the photoreceptor is >5 V and <70 V. |
