PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of restraining the manufacturing cost of the same. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 is constituted of a plurality of stacked substrates 31. The substrate 31 is integrally formed of sheet bodies 32 and projected parts 33, projected on the surface of the sheet body 32, to secure flow routes between the stacked substrates 31. The projected parts 33 of both side rims of the substrates 31 constitute bulkheads for precluding the flow of fluid which flows through the flow routes on the substrates 31 toward the outside of the flow direction of the fluid while respective substrates 31, arranged up-and-down, are arranged while turning them alternately by 90 deg. so that the directions of flow of fluid in the extending directions of the projected parts 33 or the flow directions determined by the projected parts 33 are intersected.
