PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permanently guarantee smooth telescopic motion of a damper structure by reducing mass in a central part and, for example, applying it to a front fork. SOLUTION: This damper structure is formed by sealing the inner peripheral side of a head part 3a which is an opening end part on a cylinder 3 plasticity worked to constitute a damper by a sealing member 9 made of a plasticity worked body to pass through a piston rod 4 to constitute the damper in the same way on a shaft center part, clamping an outer peripheral end of this sealing member 9 on a folding part 3b formed by folding and molding this head part 3a on the head part 3a and holding a bush 8 to slide on an outer periphery of the piston rod 4 on an inner periphery of this sealing member 9.
