PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for driving a metallic plate for a concrete member, which ensures high unification between concrete and the metallic plate such as a steel plate driven thereto, and to provide the concrete member with the metallic plate driven thereto. SOLUTION: According to the method, a steel frame 18 having a three dimentional network nonwoven fabric 22 stuck to the interior thereof, is constructed, and the concrete 20 is placed inside the steel frame 18. The steel plate constituting the steel frame 18 is formed of a thin faced steel plate, such as a gulvanized steel plate, a color-baked steel plate, a SUS steel plate, etc.
