PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an adhesive sheet for identification, having higher admissibility by enabling immediate discrimination when a mount is peeled and mounted again after collecting fingerprint, footprint, or the like. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet for identification is obtained by attaching an exfoliation-discriminating adhesive tape 2 on an identification adhesive sheet body 1 comprising an adhesive sheet layer 10 having, at the one side of a support film 12, an adhesive agent layer 13 transcribing a finger print, or the like, and a substrate paper layer 11 reattachably attached on the adhesive layer 13, wherein the adhesive sheet layer 10 and the substrate paper layer 11 are laminated and fixed in a state of being adhered to each other. The exfoliation- discriminating adhesive tape 2 has a film layer 21 and an adhesive layer 22 covering the film layer 21 comprising a releasing agent layer 21a formed on the whole of one side of a support 20 and a printing layer 21b partially set on the releasing agent layer 21a and, when the exfoliation-discriminating adhesive layer 2 is exfoliated from the identification adhesive sheet body 1, the film layer 21 (printing layer 21b) is released from the support 20 together with the adhesive agent layer 22 and left on the adhesive sheet layer 10 or the substrate paper layer 11. |
