PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate an entry of a specific abstract changing by each piece of transaction data or minimize an entered journalizing operation. SOLUTION: This method permits an operator to process an accounting abstract according to transaction data with the use of an information processor. For each account title, a plurality of item word dictionaries 20 and 21 are created which comprise a general-purpose title word group 8 and a peculiar abstract dictionary as a collection of peculiar abstract words limited by a specific region, principal and matter. A link table 27 for selectively interlocking a general transaction word and a peculiar abstract word is created in advance, and each individual abstract word or each type of combination of a plurality of selectively interlocked abstract words is registered along with a preset account side. One transaction word or peculiar abstract word from transaction data is entered in the information processor 1, and then the link table 27 is searched according to the word. A word interlocked with the word is detected from the general-purpose abstract word dictionary 8 or the peculiar abstract word dictionaries 20 and 21 to direct an abstract entering operation about the transaction data. The journalizing operation is automatically executed according an individual abstract word and/or a plurality of selectively interlocked abstract words. |
