<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system capable of immediately drawing up the optimum production plan according to the specifications, the time limit for delivery and amount specified by a customer, and presenting a short time limit for delivery. SOLUTION: When an order receiving type production order generating system generates an order indicating parts of standard specifications and an option scheduled to be applied to a process, a configuration information generating processor generates a second configuration master in which components of an option specification article are applied to a first configuration master with reference to a configuration transforming master describing an option applicable to the parts. A process information generating processor generates a second process development master in which a manufacturing process of an option specification article is applied to a first process development master with reference to a process transforming master describing an option applicable to the process. Subsequently, a production seat reservation processor applies the components of the option specification article and the manufacturing process of the option specification article to a standard specification article production plan to draw up an option specification article production plan, and stores the drawn-up option specification article production plan in a production management system.</p> |
