PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sheet for electrophotography with which the occurrence of wrapping of the label sheet around a fixing device and the trace of the wrapping around is suppressed, which is less curled and does not give rise to the occurrence of toner cracks even when printed matter is rested under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and to provide an image forming method. SOLUTION: The label sheet for electrophotography which has a label base material and separator base material both consisting of resin films and in which the difference between the thermal shrinkage rates in an MD direction (the thermal shrinkage rate of the separator - the thermal shrinkage rate of the label body) after a heat treatment for 5 minutes at 150 deg.C of a label body and separator ranges from 3 to 0.1% and the stiffness strength E.t<3> of the separator expressed by the elastic modulus in tension E (N/mm<2> ) at 135 deg.C of the separator and the thickness (t) (mm) in the environment of 23 deg.C and 50 R.H. of the separator is >=0.21 N.mm and the image forming method using the same.
