PURPOSE: A fishing arrangement assembling device is provided to eliminate complex for making arrangement and also offer rapid assembly of the fishing arrangement so that user enjoys fishing more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The fishing arrangement assembling device comprises a first body, a second body, a pivotable connecting member connecting the fist and the second bodies with permitting revolution within a predetermined angle, a hollow body in which both ends are provided with respective perforations, a detachable cap formed in one end of the hollow body to prevent a revolution of the first body and the second body, and a wire having a ring, which may penetrate an item for fishing and the perforation.
