PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield structure in a simple structure capable of minimizing reduction of shielding effects due to an opening part, in the case of applying it to an electronic appliance housing a circuit board where a connector for external equipment connection is mounted. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic shield structure the circuit board S having the connector C for the external equipment connection is set in a housing where opening parts 3 and 13 corresponding to the part of the connector C for the external equipment connection are formed. The structure is surrounded by first conductive members 1 and 11 on an inner surface of the housing. As the improved points, a second conductive member 5 is stuck to the inner surfaces of lid plates 4 and 14 closing the opening parts 3 and 13, and the circuit board S is surrounded by the second conductive member 5 and the first conductive member 1 and 11.
