PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily construct a tile facing bottom surface in a short construction period when newly constructing a tile facing pool or when remodeling an existing pool into a tile facing pool. SOLUTION: Multiple panel units 1 with tiles formed by fitting multiple tiles 6 to a surface of a base plate 4 made of stainless steel are formed separately from a pool bottom surface, and laid on the pool bottom surface freely to be removed to structure the pool bottom surface. Desirably, each panel unit with tiles is placed on the pool surface without using a fixing means or an adhering means. Plane shape of the panel unit 1 with tiles is formed into a rectangular shape. As a constructing method, multiple panel units 1 with tiles are previously manufactured in a factory, and carried to a construction field, and laid on the pool bottom surface freely to be removed in the construction field.
