PURPOSE: Provided is a flue gas treatment apparatus for removing pollutants contained in flue gas by spraying a washing water or chemicals at high speed using rotating force of a rotary disc. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a cylinder shape body(1); a flue gas inlet duct(2) and a flue gas outlet duct(3) installed at the bottom and the top of the body(1), respectively; a pair of driving motors(4,4a) installed at the center of the flue gas outlet duct(3) and the flue gas inlet duct(2), respectively; flanges(41,41a) coupled to respective motor driving shafts of the respective motors(4,4a); a plurality of first type rotating discs(5) and a plurality of second type rotating discs(5a); a washing water distribution pipe(6) which extends in vertical direction and has a plurality of nozzles; and a washing water discharge pipe(7) installed at a lower portion of the body(1) for discharging the washing water, wherein each rotating disc(5,5a) has a plurality of spokes(51)(51a) radially arranged, wherein each first type rotating disc(5) has a connection ring which has a plurality of water distribution holes and is formed along outer edges of the spokes(51) is stacked in vertical direction by the connection ring, wherein each of the second type rotating disc(5a) is stacked by being fixed to a fixing shaft and interposers which are inserted between two second type rotating discs(5a), wherein the fixing shaft is inserted into penetration holes formed at the center of the first type rotating discs(5), and wherein the first type and second type rotating discs(5,5a) are alternatively arranged.
