摘要 Capillary gas chromatography, with a stationary phase containing heptakis-(2,3-di-O-methyl-6-O-tert.-butyldimethylsilyl)- beta -cyclodextrin and/or the corresponding di-O-acetyl derivative and polysiloxane, is used for determination of the enantiomer ratio in 2,2,3-trimethylcyclopent-3-ene derivatives with a hydroxyl- or formyl-substituted 1-10C alkyl group at position 1. A method for the determination of the enantiomer ratio in trimethylcyclopentene derivatives of formula (I) involves capillary gas chromatography with a stationary phase containing: (a) heptakis-(2,3-di-O-methyl-6-O-tert.-butyldimethylsilyl)- beta -cyclodextrin (A1) and/or the corresponding di-O-acetyl compound (A2), and (b) polysiloxane(s). The ratio of (a):(b) is (10:90)-(50:50). Z = optionally unsaturated, optionally branched 1-10C alkyl which is substituted with one hydroxyl or formyl (CHO) group.
