Fitting (10) for a vehicle seat, especially a motor vehicle seat, comprises a first fitting element (11), a second fitting element (12) linked with the first fitting element to drive it, a driving ring (26) at least partly defining an eccentric (27, 29), rotatably mounted on the first fitting element, for driving a rolling movement of the second fitting element on the first fitting element, and a rotatably mounted, drivable driving pin (21). The driving pin and the driving ring are connected to each other in a form-locking manner by a transmission profile (24', 26'). Independent claims are also included for an alternative fitting for a vehicle seat, and for a vehicle seat. Preferred Features: The transmission profile is arranged at one end and the eccentric at the other end in the same plane. The driving pin is made of plastic.
