The present invention relates to a system for permission control comprising transfer of permission data between a user and a vendor associated with other unique identi-fication data, in particular relating to permission means. A user's service request is performed between a user interface (10) and responding external issuer means (20) of the system. The system comprises a distribution server (30), adapted to distribute electronic documents from the issuer to users of the system. The server (30) is adapted for communication with the issuer means (20) and a communication termi-nal (40). Moreover the system comprises at least one persistent memory location (1, 2,), accessible from the issuer means (20), the distribution server (30) and a valida-tion unit (70), arranged for storage of data relating to the permission control. The validation unit (70) is arranged between the communication terminal (40) and an output means (90) of the system for managing the validation of the transferred documents and permission data, and further, among other things, managing a matching procedure between identification data and persistent information in the persistent memory (1), and furthermore retrieve relevant data in the persistent mem-ory (1), so as to obtain a system and method for improved permission control.
