FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: after grinding of fat, protein and carbohydrate components they are mixed with water and mineral additive. After it, mixture is heated, and in the process of homogenization enzyme and vitamin additives are introduced. In content of vitamin additive used is a preparation produced by means of successive extraction of biomass of Mortierella beljakovae micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water. The first extract is combined with solid residue, and then dried with oxygen access, crushed, and reduced by water before using. EFFECT: increased quality of final product. |
